I’m happy with the windows but they didn’t get completely installed until a month after the original due date. In addition, the installers damaged my window sills. Yes, they repaired the mistakes with sparkle but now I need to find paint and do the touch ups (!).

Can vinyl shutters be painted? We have some shutters that were black but have since become very faded.
