Dave and his team were great. I was always informed of all that was happening and they finished the entire project in the timeline I was provided. Great customer service and I would most definitely recommend.

SPS was not the low bid on this project. But their communication during the quote phase was far better than the competition. When the time came for the actual work their execution was outstanding. We greatly appreciated their focus on getting the job done right the first time rather than getting done as quickly as possible. In addition, their two man team were very professional in their approach as well as patiently answering my occasional questions to my satisfaction. We are now enjoying our refurbished pool! The little extra we paid was more than worth it.

I have already recommended swimming pool services to several people. I really appreciated that they handled every aspect of the project involved with constructing our pool. I did not have to worry about electrical, plumbing, landscaping, fencing, etc. Communication was very good and they were flexible in responding to any changes we wanted to make. Most of all, their employees/workers were outstanding to work with. The only thing that slowed the project down was completely out of their control and that was the weather.

We have been dealing with SPS for a long time. Everyone we dealt with is very professional and knowledgeable. Allyn Bauer helped us with the decision making and ordering of our new pool liner last fall. All of the scheduling to insert the liner and fix previous leak problems was handled by Mike and the work was done by Ryan, Chris and Justin. Pavers and concrete had to be removed to install a new line to the pool. Work was done in a vary timely manner. After everything was installed Neil scheduled our pavers to be put back in place by Mike and another co-worker. It doesn't even look like anything was ripped out and put back in place.They did a good job of cleaning up after all was done. Can't say enough about our excellent experience with SPS. Even Mike Panella and his sales people in the store do a great job of helping us keep our pool clean and clear all year long. Thanks to all. Mike & Nancy in Menomonee Falls
