Recognized Excellence - I would like to recognize the owner, Jim Sharp. Also, Mike did a good job. The crew is really excellent at craftsmanship and they are hard workers. Jim is the guy to single out and what makes everything work. He is the spark.

Areas For Improvement - Before I got to know them, the communication was a little sketchy but it is because they are so busy. This was before I had anyone on sight or a contract signed.

Areas Of Satisfaction - They exceeded expectations because they pay attention to detail. He is a detailed guy. I had some problems since it was newly built for 26 years that no one else could fix and he did.

Design - They did a great job. They ran into issues but worked around them. It was out of his control.

Additional Comments - Once they got rolling, they were phenomenal. The vanities we ordered were from a company that went out of business in 1-days notice. We were the last order they sent out. They were phenomenal.
