They respond quickly, but they are way too expensive.
They didn't do a good job at cleaning. They just wiped stuff down with wipes.
They are unreliable.
They did a good job, I wouldn't say they didn't. They took off all my tile and said I had water in the walls so they were drying it out. After they took off my tiles they left it open for three days and it was loaded with cockroaches. I had to get a man to come in and take care of them, and I still see them every day. Every day I find a small roach and that is horrible. I never had roaches in my house for the 28 years I've lived it in. They left the tiles off for three whole days so they could dry the wall inside and put everything back and it looks beautiful, they did a beautiful job, but when they left there were roaches. I'd recommend them any time because they were good.
From the time I had damage it took them one month to do the repair.
They did the job in the timeframe. It was water damage. Overall, I would give Rapid Recovery Team an A.
They did a good job. They were nice people. I had a lot of humidity and water damage in my kitchen. I would grade them an A.
They worked very quickly. They were knowledgeable, and they were friendly. They did water damage restoration. They ended up getting the person to do the tarping of the roof. Overall, I would give Rapid Recovery Team an A.
I don't have no complaints.
They came, and then they never came back. They didn't finish the work for me. They were supposed to be doing the fans to dry up the area. I wouldn't use them again. Their customer service was good. Their punctuality wasn't good. I wouldn't recommend them.
It was alright. They were pretty good. Those fans will drive you crazy; they put those fans around the house, and I really wanted to leave the house and not even stay here—because of those fans in here—but other than that, it was OK. I'd give them an A.
They came in, and they checked on the progress of the whole drying up of the water, the moisture that they did. They were pretty much doing water damage restoration work for me. I would give them an A. I would recommend Rapid Recovery Team.
It was alright. I would say I did have a positive experience; they just took care of a few things as far as my tarp. They did a few things to my house, but they couldn't finish up because of my insurance. It was more like water; I had a roof leak. They came in, they did their job. They did what they needed to do, but they couldn't go any further due to my insurance. They didn't want to pay me. As far as anything, they did what they needed to do. They just waiting on my insurance, but my insurance would do nothing about it. I'd give them a B.
We had some insurance adjuster who brought them in; they were awesome. They just were great. They came in when they were called and took care of whatever they were supposed to take care of. They were good. They did water damage restoration. I would grade them an A+. I would absolutely recommend them.
They did what was promised and on time, so I was satisfied. They did water restoration. I would grade them a B+. They are always on time; everything was fine. I don't have any complaints. I would recommend them.
They were very courteous, timely, concise, and thorough. For waterproofing, I would grade them an A+.
They were great. They were neat, very fast, very clean. They did a lot of work while we were gone, which was nice. We had a camera monitoring the room in the house, and they did a great job. They worked on water damage and mold removal; I would grade them an A. I already have recommended them.
I think they're really good. They're just very professional. They know what they're doing, and they're good. They do a good job. I was in the build business a long time ago, so I kind of know. I would give Rapid Recovery Team an A+. I would definitely recommend them.
They were here when they said they were going to be here. They were clean. They took care of all of our stuff, when they packed it all away for us. Particularly, one of the guys named Stephen, he helped us out a lot. He would come here every day when we were not home, and checked on our machine, checked on our house, while we were out of town. He was very helpful. I would grade them an A+. I already have recommended Rapid Recovery Team.
It's always a mistake and screwing up whatever they have been doing with the cabinets. They had to come again and replace it. They had to send another person; they just came yesterday. They did an awful job. I'm calling, and they haven't responded yet. They have done bad jobs since the beginning, and right now I'm just calling them—I'm calling Anthony so they can respond to this. And they haven't responded. The person that is doing it has an attitude. I really don't recommend you guys. They did cabinets, installing cabinets because of water damage. I would grade them a D; I will never use them again. The customer service that they provided me—depends on if it’s Anthony or the whole company. The punctuality is worse; they told me they were coming, and they don't show up—I have to call them. It's an awful job; I'm very disappointed with Rapid Recovery Team.
They did flooding work, like water damage restoration. No complaints. I would recommend them. They did good work, anytime.
I think they were here for the kitchen. There's been water damage twice. I think it was the kitchen sink that had the problem—the plumbing there. As far as I know, the guy was great. They came in, and they pulled everything up—tore out the wood that had soaked up all the water and rotted, and they brought in the drying machines. They did a very, very good job. They get an A+ down the whole list. I'd recommend them.
We had a leak from our air conditioning—came down onto our ceiling. They came, they—no problems whatsoever, really. I'd give them an A. It was very quick. I would most likely recommend them if somebody needed something.
