I think the tick removal is good, the chemical kills plants.
They do excellent work, they're very thorough, and I would recommend them to anyone that has the same problem.
I am very satisfied with their pest management services.
Pest Management Services is very easy to work with. They are friendly and work around my schedule. The technicians are even friendly with my dogs.
The company has great customer service. The technician was very knowledgeable about the issue at hand.
I’m not Kristen, but I am the owner of the property. We work well together as a group to make everyone happy. Thank you PMSI for taking care of my properties and working with my tenants schedule.
Love our PMSI service providers that come to our home - professional, friendly, do a great job!
It was a great service. They were knowledgeable and on time.
Their technician is the best I have ever had.
I have already recommend them to other people.

I am very happy with the service.
I don't know when they came over last. I think the same thing might have happened last year unless I'm missing some sort of paper communication. I can't remember any time I saw anyone directly. Every year they are supposed to re-evaluate.
It was good. They took care of outdoor bugs, mosquitos, and ticks and things. I'd give the overall experience an A+. I didn't have any issues with pests at that time. I don't have any complaints. They weren't very proactive, but otherwise I don't have any complaints. They knew what they were doing. I would definitely recommend them.
I've communicated with them for years. Ben is always the man who comes. I feel like he's a friend. I've known him so long and Patty in the office is just great. They've given me wonderful service. They did pest control all around the house. I live really close to the woods. It's all kinds of stuff. I'd give them an A+ overall. He's always within that framework. There's only one fella that comes here. He knows what he's doing.
They're accommodating to my schedule. They always send reminders and the technician that comes out is super nice. They do general treatment. I would give them an A+ across the board. I have no complaints whatsoever. My husband used to work as a home builder and he would recommend the company.
They did their job. I'd give the overall experience an A.
They always go above and beyond taking care of us. I've used them before. It's A+.
I know them in two capacities because I know they did work for us at home and they actually do work at my office too. I know them pretty well. At the office, they do maintenance and preventative. There's also if there's a dead rodent in the building or if there's bees outside that are bothering the school children. They're super reactive and responsive, which is nice. We had a dead bird in a dryer vent. So, they cleaned it out and they put a grate over the dryer vent so another one couldn't come in. I'd give them an A+. They're super quick to respond.
They show up on time. They do a thorough job. I don't have any bugs, except a few spiders every now and then. They will come if I call them to clean that up. I'd give them an A+.
They took care of the problem. We had bees. Overall, I'd give them an A+.
It was good. They always show up when they're supposed to. They do a good job. If I have any issues, they come right back out. I have an annual contract. They handle a variety of things. I’d say A+.
I think we have good customer service and they always let me know before they're coming. We don't have pests—we don't have issues. I liked them more before because I used to have one simple guy and now they keep changing the people, but for the most part it's still been a positive experience. I'd give them an A-.
They're good. They're always thorough. They always go around the house, inside and out completely without having to be asked so that's good. It was just maintenance. I'd give them an A+. I've never had complaints.
They have a great worker. The guy who comes out is really friendly and nice. They have come out multiple times. I'd give them an A+ overall. I've actually recommended them to a bunch of friends by now.
The technician that I had come out to my property was very professional and honest. Good, quality work was done. I had bedbugs and roaches. They’re an A+. I'd definitely recommend them.
They provided the services they promised. They do a maintenance service, and they come quarterly. We do have bees and ants on occasion, but it's more of a general pest control. I'd give them an A overall. I never know when they're coming; I no longer get the notification. I've recommended them a number of times.
It works and Justin, who comes out to spray, is very nice, very polite, and very professional. It's just all around, usually like ants and stuff. What we originally called them for was for ants. I'd grade them an A+, always.
I don't know the guy's name but the guy that always comes around to do the pest management, he's a really nice guy and does a good job. I guess they take care of ants, insects, and roaches. I'd grade it A+.
They were friendly. They did some normal pest stuff. I'd give them an A overall.
They were always thorough and they're always on time. They're pleasant to be around. They do everything. They come quarterly for us. They originally were looking to trap rodents, but I don't think we've had any in a while. They do that and they also spray for insects and they do termite control. I'd give them an A+.
They said that they sprayed, but the bugs are really bad still—even two days after the spraying. Last month, we asked them to increase a different formula to help take care of the gnats, and they did it, and it was OK for a couple of weeks. This time, when they came out I don't know if they used the same more intense formula, because the very next day we still had the gnats and bugs. You can't even stand outside and have a conversation. I'd give them a B-, overall.
They're always on time and the guys that come here are always courteous and they're flexible. They focused on all around pests. I'd give them an A+ overall.
They do tick treatment for us. We stopped seeing them—less ticks on our dog. I'd give them an A.
It's always positive. They've been with us for years. It's a routine. We understand it. They've always been professional, on time and courteous. It's all around. We have a maintenance contract with them that they maintain not only the two units in this house, but the two units next door at my mother's house. I would give them an A-.
They're always really nice and helpful. We do an annual termite inspection and we also do a maintenance pack for ants. There's only been one time where we saw ants in between services and they came back no charge and took care of it. I'd grade them with an A. I think their price was a little high.
Mike is great! PMSI is reliable and honest. They will only recommend what is necessary.
They're good guys. When it comes to inspecting my house, and when it comes to spraying, they’re an A. I forget his name, but they’re technician did a good job. I plan on recommending them to my sister.
I'd grade them a B.
Pest Management Services deserves an A+.
They're an A. I'm happy with them.
I would grade them an A.
They did a great job, particularly the man who came to our house. He always remembered everything about the house. He was very professional and polite. I would grade them an A.
I'd rate them an A+. They're fine.
Mike Bean has been taking care of us for years. We're very, very happy with Pest Management Services and Mike Bean. I’d grade them an A++. We give him the code to the garage door to let himself in, that's how comfortable we are with him.
I'd rate my experience an A.
I'd rate them an A+.
It's an A+ from us.
I have a constant problem with little ants, and I'm constantly having to vaccum. They come in the house and then they die. I have a constant problem in my living room and then at the basement at the bottom of the steps. They keep spraying and they keep coming. I guess I grade them like a C-.
Their service of fumigating our house. I would say it was a neutral experience because we still have some infestation it appears and he's been out here. The initial time he diagnosed that we had carpet beetles and I think they were called hornmill worms or something like that. It was carpet beetles and Indian hornmill. I don't remember the name of the other bug but one of them they believe got in because we had a parakeet at that time. They were trying to tell us that it has been discovered that one of the two bugs gets into the factory and gets into the parakeet food. So we believed that one of the may have come in through the parakeet food. My son dropped a parakeet off here for a couple of months while he was traveling the country so I have them to thank for that. So anyways, he came back two or three times within the first couple of weeks to check and see how thing were going, and he treated it. Then we were out of our house for the better part of three or four months because we were having some remodeling done. So we cleared everything out of this house, we've lived here for 27 years and we had hardwood floors put down and the whole nine yards, spent a load of money. So we tore out the old carpet, threw away a bunch of furniture and put a bunch of stuff in storage. Now we don't know if some of the stuff we put in storage had some of the bugs still in them. But now they seem to be popping up again, and he has been out to treat it twice since then and we're still seeing them. I don't want to say I had a negative experience because they have tried, but whatever spray or techniques they have used has not completely solved the problem. I have to give it a neutral experience. I could go negative, but negative would seem that they weren't trying anything. It just seems whatever chemical they’re using or means has not been totally successful of ridding us of the pest problem. They have come anytime we've called them and said 'Hey can you come out and take a look we think we still have them,' they have been good about that. But again we get back to, they're spraying but we still have them, we still see some of the bugs. I couldn't give them any better than a C+/B-. He's been very diligent in making sure, we still have a lot of boxes we haven't opened. We have not been able to unpack and put away everything. So it's not like he has availability to get to every square inch of the house. Anytime we've called and complained hey have come out and sprayed for us. We're on a contract with them where they gave us the initial treatment and then there were three more treatments over the period of a year. We have none treatment left and if it’s not solved after that then I don't know what I'm going to do. It seems to me that they haven't found the answer. I don't know if I'm going to have to one of the better known companies. I'm not so sure I could say that these guys are doing the best they can or have the right chemicals, or are going about it the right away. They have tried. We still have the bugs. We still have the bugs. I would probably try someone to try one of the more established, well known pest control companies, as far as recommending them to someone else. Now I've spent quite a lot of money having my house remodeled, all hardwood floors we don't have any rugs anymore except for throw rugs. I just don't want to go through this again and have it infested. Evidently one of them burrows themselves into carpet and therefore that's why they're called carpet beetles. But they also get into beds and furniture and stuff like that, the last thing I want to do is be throwing out thousands of dollars in new furniture we'll have bought after having gotten rid of the old stuff.
