There was garbage and waste materials left inside our walls behind the shower install! We had to clean it out and dump before we could install the drywall to close up our bathroom and laundry room. How do you think you can make that right??

They did what they said they would do when they said they would it. Workers were excellent, “nose to the grindstone” no wasted time or energy.

We loved our installers Kia and his helper( sorry forgot his name). They were very professional and meticulous with detail. Very impressed with their work ethic. Would definitely recommend to friends and family

The price is high compared to other companies. The salesman measured incorrectly causing the installers to MAKE the shower fit in the space. Ryan Jackson and his assistant Mullik did a GREAT job on the installation of both showers.

Chris and his installation team were courteous, caring and professional during the entire process of demolition installation and demonstration. I highly recommend Pacific Bath for any shower remodel.

While our experience was good as with anything there is always room for improvement. In this case more options would be that one area that could use a little improvement. You do however have a few more than some of your competitors.

I would recommend Pacific Bath doing a bathtub to Kohler shower install to family, friends or neighbors. I trust them to do the job and they did it in 2 days as promised.

Better coordination between the sales person's project description and what would be a part of the project would be helpful.
The project as I was told it would be didn't quite match what was able to be installed.

Luxstone and Kohler equipment is great and easy to maintain, shelf locker, grab bar and folding seat work as designed & overall shower looks beautiful!

We are satisfied with the overall installation and quality of the shower. However when we tell friends or family how much we paid for it they are surprised at how much it cost. Are response is we felt the cost was high but the overall quality and installation was good so we justified the expense.

It was a very expensive project, however I believe the quality of the materials and the workmanship overall met our expectations. Customer service with an issue with a nozzle was excellent and resolved quickly.

I am so happy and very pleased with the service from the beginning with my project manager Alexis. She was professional kind and patient with me. She made herself available for all my questions and concerns. She organized everything from getting permits to scheduling my crew. Her communication skills were excellent. She also kept me updated regularly as to the progress of my project. Alexis you are a gem, and I say thank you very much! My crew Eric and Oscar were the best! They showed respect and kindness to me, my fur babies and my home. I am a visually impaired disabled senior and these gentlemen made sure that my home was protected and they guarded my steps. They made sure that I was safe throughout the entire renovation. Their work ethics were admirable. They were always on time and let me know each morning with a phone call there eta. Time was taken to answer my questions and show me the steps they were taking. My finished product is absolutely beautiful! It's stunning! The onsight plumber Eric, was his name also, was fantastic as well. Questions answered always with a smile and clear explanations. The crew at Pacific Bath were on time, courteous, respectful, and did a wonderful job. We are very happy with our new tub.

Salesman never returned any of my calls when I had questions about stud replacement. Very disappointed since we discussed that issue before we even began the project. He said he would put some money in the estimate for some of that cost. But when it happened he never returned my voicemails. Very unprofessional.

My installation team for my tub to shower installation was fantastic in many ways. They took particular care traversing my stairway which was VERY challenging. They put down a walking path over my rugs and securely covered the carpeting on the stairs. Every night they tidied up which was most appreciated.

Too expensive!! Great product but it was not with the price tag

The team of installers arrived on time and prepared. They clearly explained their procedures and made certain I was on board with each step. I was given opportunity to ask questions and express preferences throughout the process.

They were careful on how the removed old shower not to damage anything and there cleanup after removing and installing was great.

This was a very positive experience and I would not hesitate to recommend Pacific Bath to my friends or family.
