Gave us the impression that since the insurance company indicated that roof damage was due to wind, they would try to get the blown down fence covered as well. PRQ never reached out to the insurance company.

After some hiccups, we feel the jobs were done right. Overall, we’re just happy to be done and probably would go with a different roofer next time since Greg basically ghosted us when we ran into issues. I believe he’s no longer working for PRQ, but we had to take it upon ourselves to get others involved and get more communication going. We have mixed feelings as many aspects of the experience were handled so professionally and we love our roof. The subcontractor experience with deck restraining was good and gutters were just okay.

PRQ installed a new roof due to a hail storm we encountered. They took care of talking with the insurance company to make sure we had all the hail storm damage covered. PRQ was very professional and kept in contact with us to let us know what to expect and when.
