Chase, the WSE plumber, did a great job on installing the faucet. He also caulked the sink when he noticed that the sink was moving and the old caulk was cracking in areas. He was very personable and friendly.

Are galvanized nails supposed to be used when nailing studs in a pressure treated sill plate on a slab? or is 3 inch smooth framing nails code?
