Everything was fine, except for the invoice and warranty. I was unsatisfied with that. They did not have an invoice with them. They showed me the balance, but not a final statement. I had to call the Company three times to get a warranty. I am in the home improvement service business and I always have an invoice and warranty available.

The work was okay, but they are still not finished. They messed up mine and my neighbor's driveway. They have messed up my neighbor across the streets yard and pavers. They messed up the street and curb by my driveway with their equipment.

Very good investment money well spent
I was unhappy with the fact that if they make holes, they should fill them in, but they wanted another $3,000 to fill the holes. I thought it would be in the quote they provided to me, so I had to fill in my own holes. I had shown them that and It was around the pool. He should have been very specific. I thought the quote was for everything. They did a good job, but I still have to finish painting and fill in the holes. They said it was a different color and we would have to paint it. I would make sure they quote everything when they come. If they make holes, they should fill them in and not charge extra.
