From beginning to end, the communication for our project was great. All my questions were answered with patience and promptness. I really appreciate the thoroughness and willingness to come back and clean my yard of nails and various things that fell in the yard during the project.

The job we had for them was unique. They repaired a flat rubber roof section that not all roofers can do. They did an excellent job and we had no issues with their work. It now looks better and seems more secure than previously.

I have used Lyons Contracting three times: to repair a roof leak, to replace gutters, and to replace the entire roof. They did a fantastic job at all three. We have worked with Lyon Contracting twice for roofing projects. The first time was on a round copper roof that many others would not tackle. I appreciated Tom's creativity and his workers excellent craftsmanship.

I had another contractor over to do some work and give an estimate on a new roof. Their estimate was very expensive and they also caused a leak on the roof after removing a satellite dish improperly. They came out and allegedly fixed the issue, but they did not do anything. I had been in contact with Tom Petrilli about an additional quote on the roof and I immediately called Tom for assistance with the leak. Tom had a team out within 24 hours to patch the roof before I even entered into a contract with Lyons for the roof replacement. The attentiveness and service from Tom was fantastic. I have already recommended Lyon and Tom to 3 or 4 additional neighbors.

Lyons Contracting did a great job replacing our roof. We have a flat roof on a rowhouse in suburban DC and they did a very good job replacing the old roof with a TPO covering that provides great reflectivity of sunlight, keeping the house cool during the summer. We received several estimates and theirs was competitive. Lyons was also able to perform the work far sooner than some of the other companies: within several weeks as opposed to several months. The owner is a straight shooter and will tell you what you need or don't need.

I especially liked the photos of the roof work so I could see what was going on.
