Overall satisfied with the process through installation although carpet in the area next to the air handler left filthy...and so far haven't passed the electrical inspection but that is due to reuse of old electronic air filter. Working on getting corrected.

Can vinyl shutters be painted? We have some shutters that were black but have since become very faded.
