I called Patrick in a bind. My roof had some shingles that blew off on a Friday, and heavy snow was expected on Tuesday. Patrick came out to evaluate the issue over the weekend, and had his crew out repairing the roof on Monday. Can't ask for any more than that!

roof vents placed behind 4ft walls in finished attic dont do squat for ventilation. no place for soffit vents, siding is asbestos so gable vents too pricey.
