Design Studio and actual construction (62 work day schedule) was very professional. Delays occurred from time permit was issued up to beginning of construction. (Day 1). For example, Community Sales Manager stated foundation was being poured and then no activity occurred on site for over 30 days.

Are galvanized nails supposed to be used when nailing studs in a pressure treated sill plate on a slab? or is 3 inch smooth framing nails code?
