They have their guarantee and so I called about something, and they had a guy out here the next day and said they would also take a look at it whenever they were in the neighborhood to make sure everything was going well. That was above and beyond what I expected.

They used high quality products, but sub-contracted parts of the job. Many of the sub-contractors did not call ahead as requested prior to starting work. This was an issue as we were leaving a young dog home, but could have taken him with us to work.

When a house is built and there's scratches as to where you can see a drill was use to install cave it's, is there a monetary value compensation or replace?

I assume by "cave" you might been "cove" or some other trim or millwork. It isn't a hard thing to fill any scratches, resand, and touch up an area like that, and that's something your builder should h ... read more
