I would like to recognize the workman for his exceptional service, he was very professional and did his work in a timely manner.
Their technician exceeded my expectations with their work on my doorbell.
The only comment I would have is they did good work. There were two things that were not to my satisfaction. One thing was it took forever to complete the paperwork, almost as long as it took to install a smoke detector. The other thing was it was difficult to make a payment. It was difficult to pay with a credit card, so I ended up having to write a check. In terms of quality of service; they recommended that I replace the entire electrical switch, whereas the only thing I needed to do ended up being replacing a plastic know. The gentleman told me there was a little knob missing that was from the light, like a dimmer, and they wanted to replace the whole thing. I took a look online it only cost two dollars. I snapped it into place when it came in from Amazon. Those were a couple of issues I wanted to highlight because I think it will help them in their future endeavors. When the gentleman came out we had an issue with a lack of connectivity to the switch box, so he did something to it and then afterward it no longer fit and there was a gap between the box and the wall. We had to call someone else out because we were expecting them would fix it but we were charged because then we needed a larger box, even though the previous electrician did the work that made it not fit.
Whoever they sent was great.
I was satisfied that they did what I asked.
The whole team was a good team.

It's a little costly. I think it was too much for what was actually done.

You exceeded my expectations with how Brian contacted the county inspector for me, to get them to show up the next day after work. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that happend. Also the technician did an excellent job during the installation.

It didn't get fixed so it took a lot of back-and-forth. We had an issue with the lights not working, and they said it was the dimmer and we had to replace the dimmer a couple of times. It ended up not being the dimmer and we had to call another electrician. The dimmer was not the problem. I'd give a C overall.
I didn't complain. I'd have to look back through what happened. If I used them, and I didn't report anything wrong. It might have been a ceiling fan installation. They did a great job. I'd give them an A.

The gentleman that came out was professional. He took his time. We had a problem with one of the fixtures, but he did as much as he could and explained what we had to do just to finish up the job. We had purchased a fixture and the covering was cracked, so he installed the electrical part and we just had to go back to the store and exchange the cover. Everything met my expectations and standards. Overall, I'd give them an A.
The electrician who came was nice, but he couldn't fix the problem. He did whatever he could, and I paid them, but the problem was not repaired. He couldn't diagnosis what the problem was, but he did come in and spend the time, so I paid them. They were nice. He was on time. He was appropriate. Everything. He just couldn't tell why the lights kept going off. The reason why I called them, I don't feel like they were able to do it. I'll give them a D. I didn't feel like he knew what he was doing. I would not recommend them. People call you to resolve their issues. My issue was not resolved, so I'm not going to recommend them.
They said they did what they did. I don't know whether they did it or not. All I know is they put a new panel and all that kind of stuff on. It's doing fine. I'd give them a B. I had a little problem at first, but then they took care of it. The guy that was supposed to come by and check, he didn't check when he was supposed to. Some guys compensate there. Other than that, I didn't have any problems. The problem with the people I had coming from there—the guy came, but he didn't knock on the door. I didn't know he had been out there. He never said anything. Don't come onto people's property and don't knock on the door.
