The office staff and my point of contact, Bryan Gutin have been wonderful. I am mostly happy with the work on our door replacements and also with the response to needing a repair on our door so soon after install. I'm disappointed that my door needs a lockset replacement as i don't think the person who installed it knew what he was doing (that person is no longer with the company) and also the locking mechanism is really quite faulty - which is an issue with the door maker than Graves Construction. I also asked about some repair on our front door with water getting in/weather stripping failing when Mr. Graves came to our house. He said he would look into it and I followed up during a phone call with Bryan, but never heard anything more about it. The whole reason I went with Graves construction for my other door replacements is due to the beautiful job they did installing that front door years ago.

Overall a great experience with the company and with Jim - got a great price on the roof replacement, it was done well and on schedule, and we're very pleased with the results. Highly recommend this company for home improvement projects and actually have a few I may contact Jim about in the coming months.

James L. Graves was a great experience for my roof replacement. From the start to end, I felt comfortable with their professionalism and the entire process. All of our questions were answered and they did a quality job and kept our home clean.

Hiring the Graves team was the best thing we ever did for improving our home. The team was so good, that we added a couple of additional things/rooms along the way that they were able to accommodate. The end result exceeded our expectations and outperformed the CAD that we previewed on day one. The planner/designer, support staff, electrician, plumber, carpenter were all outstanding professionals.

They were on time. They know what they're doing. Their recommendation of the product and materials was on point. Brian, the person I dealt with, was so professional. He was attentive to returning my calls and emails. The communication was really good. They did what they said, and I have no complaints at all.

The work that was done was of high quality, no surprises and finished in a timely fashion. Graves has become the go to contractor for our neighborhood for all projects!

Very pleased with the work

I've used them on a couple of pretty large projects and am overall happy with the work and the job they did. I'm very particular and I want things done correctly, and they do a pretty good job of living up to my high expectations.

Very good very nice and really tried to get work done in timely fashion. Biggest issue is that there were many additional charges due to work that wasn’t figured out before hand

The team of workmen that did our two bathrooms did an excellent job. The workmen showed up in sequence starting with workmen for demolition, prep work, major tile work, electrical and plumbing, and then installation of vanities and fixtures. Our purchases and labor or itemized in the contract so you know exactly where your money is being spent. Pricing is fair and quality was excellent!
