The people that put the roof on was a nightmare for one thing they did not tell us how they were going to take the shingles off, they took them off and threw it on the ground on top of all my flower beds. If they would have told me that then I would have dug them up and put them in a safe place. They had nails all on the ground and the shrubs.
Areas Of Satisfaction - The area they exceeded in most was when the insurance denied my claim the customer service department assisted in keeping in contact with the insurance company to get my job paid for.
Additional Comments - They treated us like we were family, when we were ready to give up they showed concern and helped assure us they were there to help.
I am likely to recommend ImproveIT! of Atlanta, LLC because all of the staff that I interacted with were very professional. The work was done on time and there has been follow up to make sure that the work was done right. I don't have any concerns about my interactions with them.

Yes, I would recommend ImproveIT! of Atlanta to others. I already have actually. The fact that they work with the insurance company on your behalf is fantastic. The quality of the projects is professional. Were there minor challenge points? Yes, as with any home improvement project. But compared with the overall process, I would choose ImproveIt again. My only suggestion is that they will definitely want to communicate the process a little more efficiently. Each person explained how the process works and I asked ALOT of questions. But there were still moments where I was confused and clueless about what happens next. Maybe create some type of infographic that to explains the process step by step.

I worked with ImproveIT! of Atlanta, LLC for the replacement of my roof. From the beginning to the end of the process it was smooth. All representatives were very respectful and prompt and provided me with all the information needed. I had never gone though a roof replacement and was a bit anxious but they reassured me and I am highly satisfied. I highly recommend them for anyone who is needing a roof.
