I worked with ImproveIT! of Atlanta, LLC for the replacement of my roof. From the beginning to the end of the process it was smooth. All representatives were very respectful and prompt and provided me with all the information needed. I had never gone though a roof replacement and was a bit anxious but they reassured me and I am highly satisfied. I highly recommend them for anyone who is needing a roof.
They did the work fine, but I was not pleased with the cleanup.

The material was very nice and I felt as the roofing material was upgraded. The work was done professionally. Overtime there was a small leak that occurred in the house and the overall work was done great. I still would recommend them nice.
Recognized Excellence - Sonya was on top of it every time I called. I had to call them back because there was a leak. One of the roofers had quit so I had to wait two weeks before someone could come out. Sonya stayed on top of it until the job was completed. She even sent me pictures before and after.

They did what they said they were going to do, and I'm very well pleased. The customer service rep (Sonya) and my rep (PJ) who came out to the house both did exceptional jobs in their position.

Additional Comments - Yes, I was referred by a neighbor and just based off what I saw them do to his roof, that is why I called them. Andre Bogsan, I believe his name is, was very informative, he listened to my needs and got what I needed done in the time that I needed it done in.
