The technician with Horizon Garage Door was highly professional and timely within the window frame. He explained exactly what was wrong and fixed it. He did a great job! I haven't had any other problems.

He showed up on time. He was courteous. I recall him suggesting some other things, but it wasn't anything that needed to be done right away, so I didn't feel like I was being gouged, and I definitely will use them again. That's not an issue. I'd give them an A. He even pointed out some issues with the way the original installers had replaced garage doors, where they made some mistakes, so I think he knows what he's doing—at least the technician they sent here did.

It was good. I had a problem with my old garage door and when I called them, they said they would be an hour, which was awesome because I was not able to go to work that morning until I got somebody to come over and let me out. I was stuck in the garage, so I thought that was good. I would give them an A+. I had no complaints, and I'd highly recommend them.

I had a garage door opener put in. Whoever put it in didn't put it in right. They came in and fixed everything that was wrong. I'd give it an A+. It was good. He knew exactly what he was talking about. He was able to tell me the issues I was having without me telling him. He could tell how it closed and opened. He didn't have everything that he needed. He went out, got it, and he came back. He installed it and it was good. He was punctual, explained what he was doing, what was wrong and fixed it. He told me how it should work. Everything was good.
They adjusted the door, straightened up the screws on the door, and replaced the springs on both sides. I'd give them an A+. I would recommend them. While he was out here, he said if it continued to do what he was doing, it might need to be replaced. So I appreciate him not right away trying to charge me to fix more than what was needed.
