Brett Hurley's sales presentation was good. The boy who did the installation did a great job as well. I was just surprised. He said it was easy, but for him to come in and put the three windows in as quickly as he did, I was amazed.

The only problem that I have is with the screens. The ones on my front window come off easily or slide off easily. If the windows are not locked, anyone can just walk up, slide the screen off and then open the windows.
