After hail storm in April 2018 we were inundated with people offering deals to get re-roofed. I was very impressed with the knowledge and approach of the HighPoint people we met - professional, knowledgeable and seemingly honest. We signed with them after a quick and easy settlement with All State, and HighPoint have lived up to or exceeded my expectations.. I have had no hesitation recommending them.
Miguel was very proactive tackling all the issues before the job was done. The guys that made the repairs were a bit sketchy, so he came over my home on a Sunday and made everything good.

I feel as though HighPoint Exteriors is the only company to seek for all overall house repairs, remodels, and new builds. We had to custom lake homes going up at the same time and it was nice to know that not only did they do the job correct, they restored my belief of integrity back into a field where it has lacked. They provided me with a source of knowledge of our new home builds that our custom builder was blind of. Miguel Alaniz and his crew did a great job replacing my roof and gutters. Miguel is very knowledgeable and professional. He walked me through every step of the process and answered all my questions. His crew were very fast and efficient and did a great job cleaning up my property afterward. High Point Exteriors uses high quality products and guarantees their workmanship. They excelled at making the whole process as stress free as possible!

He always answered my phone calls, I never had to leave a message. When he came to my house he always gave me plenty of time and answered all my questions. He was always very courteous and professional.

Additional Comments - Miguel asked me for a referral, and it is kind of hard for me because I am new here. I just moved in about a year ago, and it may be a little tricky to get him referrals. He has done a beautiful job, and I really appreciate his help with every detail. However, getting him referrals is the only thing I am worried about regarding this project.
