Don't ever use these people. They are all trained to sell you more than you need, and don't solve your original problems at all. Watch out for Ribaud... trained actor who puts on quite a show to impress you with the need for unnecessary work.

We keep a spray bottle filled with the solution below on the counter and use it as needed. We apply sealer once a year. •1/2 cup rubbing alcohol•2 cups water•8 drops dawn dish soap
