I feel that the value and service we received would be higher than most companies offer and I would highly recommend Gibson roofing!

-Gibson Roofing has come back three times to fix several issues I found after install. The workmanship was below average. -Installation crew left 50+ nails/staples and roofing debris all around the home. Children and pet danger.-Water heater flashing not installed correctly. Not to code. -Water heater venting touching combustible wood and HVAC vent. This would of caused a fire if I didn't discover.-Ceiling drywall was damaged from delivery of roofing material. Roofers where not careful placing material on roof. -I'm still not happy and not sure if my roof was installed correctly with all the issues found.-I wouldn't recommending Gibson Roofing to friends or family.-The only piece of mind I have is buying the warranty with Owens Corning.

Josh provided my initial roof quote. He was knowledgeable and helpful. He responded to my communications in a timely fashion. Over all, Gibson Roofing from my experience is an honest company that will provide a quality roof for your home.

Josh is very professional and his crew are friendly. They are very punctual. But I’m feeling a little unfriendly of office staff when I call them

They are one of the better contractors to work with. They are professional. It was easier to work with them. The understanding on what the customer wants in terms of price and schedule was there.

There is an unresolved issue.

Jesse was an excellent communicator and was always available to answer my questions. I had a deadline to meet and Gibson was able to complete on the deadline. They use great quality materials at a reasonable price. Can’t go wrong with Gibson roofing.

I wish they would have adhered to the signed contract rather than the experience that I've had.

Gibson Roofing's responsiveness and non-pushy and friendly mannerisms are ultimately what set them apart for me. A new roof is no small matter and I felt assured that they would provide solid workmanship the first time around...and as far as I can tell, they did TOP NOTCH WORK!! The additional comforts of a 50 year roof warranty help out as well :)As perfection isn't truly a reality, I would simply say, they come close :)Thank You Steve and Jesse and Deanna, John, and the rest of the crew too! :)

They were highly professional and performed per the agreement.

We were very impressed with how the outcome came out. Any questions we had, they were knowledgeable, any concerns we had, they fixed them right away. The only thing I had an issue with, was they didn't call me to schedule when they were going to do the roof. They just scheduled it themselves. We were kind of expected to go around that. They called out of the blue and said we were going to start this day and you need your vehicles out on this day. We had a trailer and we didn't know where to put it. There was a lack of communication.

Gibson Roofing did a great job on our new roof !! They made the whole process go smoothly from the estimate until the job was finished. I'd highly recommend them to anyone needing their roof replaced.

It all started with Jesse! He was knowledgeable, professional and took the time to make sure we truly understood the process, product and how Gibson Roofing was going to complete the project. The crew that performed the job were absolute professionals and were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Gibson Roofing and their team!

I was not able to be present, but the project manager emailed me pictures, so I could see the progress regularly.

Jessie was wonderful helped fit me in so I could put my home on the market. Job was done very quickly and the roofers were very polite and respectful of my property.

Good customer service, good product and good work!

They really wanted the job- they kept checking on us and giving us design plans to make sure we understood what they were going to do to the roof until we ultimately picked them. Its a family owned business and they sold us on the Corning technology and value for our money. The roof got a real test week after completion when a nasty thunderstorm came through and passed...big thing I noticed was how the water ran better off the roof than before.

I couldn't have asked for a better team to work with.
