I felt the installation person was friendly, but in the end the installation was not installed correctly and the gutter guards were not installed as the pictured. Left many openings for wasp nests and screen pops out of channels. They came back and tried to use chalk to glue the screen down!

Is a contractor responsible for returning things to their rightful state even if its out of the scope of their contract?
