Review of NEWPRO by

· Billerica

My experience with NEWPRO, the installation was excellent. The communication has been awful. They do not call back when you have a small problem. The owner hung up on me when I called concerning a small problem with the shower head. I am very dissatisfied with the communication with NEWPRO.

· Tiverton

The company did a great job. I am very pleased with their work, and I'd recommend them to anyone who needs work done. The crews and the quality assurance guy are excellent. They are all very polite, courteous, and nice.
