I'm satisfied with the overall job. I think they need a better installation crew or a more organized installation crew. Other than that, I'm very satisfied. They had to do the job in stages. They had excuses why there wasn't another installation person.

Do you have to use a specific light bulb when using a dimmer switch.

A standard dimmer switch will easily control a traditional incandescent bulb.  If you choose to use a compact fluorescent or LED bulb, you will need to install a "C dot L" dimmer, which is designed to ... read more
I have trim boards to install that will cap over exposed block foundation. What ways should I attach these? They will be primed and painted when installed.

I would suggest construction adhesive which will attach the trim boards while also providing a capillary break between the block and the trim board so that moisture does not wick into the trim boards. ... read more
