Windows are beautiful. Installation was a nightmare. Was told it would take 3 days max. After several excuses and many phone calls I finally had the job finished over a month later.

We just moved into a new home with a heat pump (new for me). The master suite stays about 5 degrees colder than the rest of the house. Any ideas why?
