It was misrepresented on the commercial. It isn't very high grade in my book at all. For the amount of money that I spent, I could have had a brand new regular porcelain tub put in. I'm very disappointed with what they put in my house.

We live in Columbus Ohio. Do I need a concrete base for a hot tub? The tub will be7'x7'. How important is it to have 220v. ?
