Not all agreed upon work was completed. Project was done months longer than talked about. The crew used my power cord and electricity without permission and took power cord with them. Debris, nails, and other pieces were left for me to clean up.

How important is ventilation if my roof and house is 30 years old and has just a little sweating in the rafters?
