Recognized Excellence - We had a phenomenal experience building what has become our dream home with Beechen & Dill! Each individual we worked with including Bob, Natalie, Joe, and Chris was very knowledgeable, communicated well, prompt in their replies, and friendly. It truly felt like more than just a transaction. Meeting Bob set the tone with his low pressure but clearly effective sales approach. He provided realistic expectations, checked in frequently with updates, and was a pleasure to work with throughout the build. Natalie helped us navigate through the design process tremendously and we love the way the home turned out! We met with Joe at the start of the actual construction and he was very informative about what to expect, as well as provided us with a good amount of detail regarding the property and construction process. He's always been very friendly seeing him around the community when visiting the property. We were very impressed with Chris during the walk throughs. You can tell that he has a level of attention to detail necessary to be successful in this line of work. His communication was great and seems like a driven individual to do quality work, ensure buyers are taken care of. Everyone seemed to really care which is rare and very appreciated!

Beechen & Dill have been wonderful throughout our home buying and building process. Bernadette Ligas went above and beyond in making sure our expectations were met and helped us in our choices. She showed us (many times!) different completed models and spec homes so that we could see "in real life" what our choices might look like. Designer Natalie Garcia was also wonderful to work with and helped us with designing our new home and ensuring our choices would look polished, professional and within our budget. Both Bernadette and Natalie are invested in our new area becoming a true community by hosting owner parties so that we can meet other people in our new subdivision. Chris Kitchin, Building superintendent, has been great in ensuring our home meets all of our expectations and getting the couple of punch-list items completed. They even completed our home a couple of weeks BEFORE we expected! We have been extremely pleased throughout our whole process - thank you, Beechen & Dill! (this is the Google review we just submitted - thought we'd copy it for you too!)

Natalie Garcia was very helpful in our design process and made us feel very comfortable with our choices whether they were level 1 or level 5 - and we had some of each! (also see above) Chris Kitchin was also very helpful. We have a couple of outstanding punch-list items, but are confident that he will help us get those done and be with us all the way. He has been proactive in getting resolution. Everyone has been super pleasant to work with as well.

We needn't have worried - we were in the hands of a caring, integrous, experienced company with caring, integrous, experienced team members and it has been an overall extremely positive experience in a world where that may not always be the case these days!!

This seems to be the case with the team as a whole. Natalie our design specialist was lovely to work with. She guided us through some very tough choices with ease. Build superintendents Joe and Chris proved to be in the same excellent category with their knowledge of the building and all its functions! Instructing us on all aspects of our new home! Recognized Excellence - Natalie Garcia the Design consultant was very accommodating to schedule design sessions in close proximity to one another but yet took the time to go over the selections and help me create a beautiful home, she was very patient and gave suggestions that I wouldn't have otherwise considered. She also reached out on the closing day which was another added touch that was very appreciated, overall a pleasure to work with.

Our original contact with Bob Williams as the project was coming out of the ground and him accommodating our site request, Bernadette walking us thru the sales process and answering my many questions, Natalie patience and guidance working with my wife to achieve her vision (I was just along for the ride on this phase), Joe and Chris walking us thru the different phases of construction. This was a team effort by Beechen & Dill and I would be doing a disservice to everyone if I picked only one person.

From start to finish, Beechen & Dill delivered. They did what they said they were going to do, within the timeframes promised, and all staff members were exceptionally professional and delightful.
