NewPro installed new roof, siding and windows. The very first rainstorm the roof has leaked , bedrooms, living room have multiple wet marks some greater than 2x3feet. Happened on a Saturday - NewPro couldn't show up until Monday.

Yes it is possible but not practical. Technically you can do it and you can put plastic laminate over plastic laminate. But the  layer your covering has to be super clean, abraded and all surfaces mus ... read more
