We had some hot days and I noticed that because of the windows it is much cooler in the sunroom where I have five windows. I like the double hung that I can open from the top. I feel a little safer with the top open, opposed to the bottom. I like the windows!

The trick with caulking is to spray the wet caulking with Windex and then tool it with your finger.  For "rookies" you may want to use masking tape.  Here is a YouTube video that might help, too. http ... read more
