We hired All South to prepare our residence for sale and to prepare another previously rented home for us to move into. The experience was very positive and totally satisfactory. Both jobs required complete house painting, refinishing of hardwood floors, electrical and plumbing work, and miscellaneous repairs. After receiving four proposals we selected All South, partly because of the detailed description of work to be done. I felt that the itemized description would reduce the probability of ‘miss understandings’ later about what was to be done for what price, and what was not included. When working on two older homes some surprises were bound to surface. When this occurred, Roger Harman of All South, contacted us promptly to discuss options before proceeding. We needed to move into one home as soon as possible so the other home could be prepared for sale quickly. Mr. Harman helped us identify what repairs we needed in the ‘move to home’ to make it livable and what repairs we could defer, while his crews made repairs to the ‘sale home’ so it could be placed on the market quickly. The process went smoothly and as quickly as could be expected. Mr. Harman inspected the work of the sub-contractors frequently and called them back on the few occasions when the initial work was not totally up to par. Mr. Harman also identified opportunities for us to save some money and still get what we needed. We will definitely call All South for our next big project.
Job started well. We were told 2-3 weeks maximum to finish the job. The job did not get finished until 2 months later.

I would recommend that you make sure that when David comes for the estimate, he looks at everything. He didn't take the plastic off the ceiling when he did the estimate, so when the workers came, they didn't realize they needed a double ceiling. They didn't have the appliances moved out, so most of the corners in the ceiling are not smooth because they couldn't really reach that far. To paint the room they just moved things around a little bit. It just didn't seem like a very good job the way they did it.
Yes, the head of the installation crew did an amazing job. He also communicated with me throughout my project.

I had to have a brand new bathroom cabinet put in and got confused on the measurements when I went to order the cabinet at Home Depot. I reached out to David and he returned my call on a Saturday and spoke with Home Depot to make sure that I ordered the correct size cabinet. Helping me shop for a cabinet wasn't part of his job, so that was exceptional to me!

The cabinet and getting it replaced was above and beyond. David didn't have to speak with anyone at Home Depot, so the mere fact that he took the time to talk to him was above and beyond to me.

It was a great experience during a stressful situation. All South Restoration and David made the best of a bad situation. If I had to meet somebody under these circumstances, I am glad that I had them to do the work. They did an exceptional job.
The person that was in charge of the whole thing was very good, I don't know his last name. His first name is Lee.
I had that because of a water damage problem, I had to have a lot of work done in the kitchen. In doing some of it, my wall got damaged some, and they automatically said they would take care of everything. They stripped wallpaper and painted it. I asked about painting my cabinets. They were agreeable on everything.
I had a leak under my kitchen sink that was a slow leak from a water filter, it went on for a long time and i didn't know about it. By the time I saw the water in my basement the inside of my cabinet had collapsed. The plumber came, then he said that I had to have a water service. I used another company at first, then we called All South and they came in and took care of it. The other service took care of the mold, but All South did the renovation of the kitchen because the counter top had to come out, and when that came out the pile broke. It wasn't All South's fault.
I know that the project manager and everyone that came to the house to do anything and check anything was just very nice, cooperative. The painters,everyone, they were just agreeable.
