They are professional. They carry through on the things they say they'll do. They take a little longer using some other contractors to do the touch-ups. I understand the reality of that. I think everything went well, other than that.

Not entirely. The process wasn't extremely pleasant (some things were good), but they built a beautiful home. There was an attitude like they are doing us some great favor and we should be happy to get what we get. These houses are expensive! But ultimately we are very happy with the house.
