Pier Masters

Pier Masters and Master Mudjackers are top national performers in the foundation repair, waterproofing and concrete leveling industries. Over the past 30+ years, KCMC has completed projects totaling over $67 million and has installed $40 million of foundation support products. As a professional engineering and specialty construction company specializing in the installation of foundation support products, we have installed over 80,000 foundation elements.

Pier Masters offers foundation repair in the greater Kansas City area and throughout the Midwest. In addition to the most common underpinning solutions currently available for repairing foundation settlement (resistance piers, helical piers and helical wall tiebacks), Pier Masters offers specialty piering for new construction. The company also performs rock drilling and is skilled in the installation of more specialized products such as grouted micropiles and helical pulldown piles for both foundation repair and new construction.

Master Mudjackers offers concrete leveling and other concrete repair services. Mudjacking is a concrete repair method by which a sunken concrete slab is lifted by injecting a cement grout material through the slab, pushing it up from below. Mudjacking is a much more economical alternative to concrete replacement. It can be performed on many structures, including patios, driveways, steps and stoops, sidewalks, pool decks, garage floors and interior/exterior slabs.

Pier Masters and Master Mudjackers provide services to both residential and commercial customers, primarily in Missouri, Kansas, Iowa and Nebraska. We have completed, or are currently completing, projects in Sedalia, Osceola, Richmond and Chillicothe, Missouri; Garnett, Kansas; Jasper, Des Moines and Council Bluffs, Iowa; and Omaha, Lincoln and Nebraska City, Nebraska.

What is this?

We display two types of written homeowner feedback on GuildQuality member profile pages: Comments and Reviews.

Comments

In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.

Reviews

Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

Answers from contractors near Grandview, MO

How do I get ceiling properly inspected ....a crack continues to reopen ... Not satisfied with builders repairs
Hire a structural engineer. This could be a bit more expensive initially, but you could stave off lot of frustration later.
Is it normal for new gutters to "snap" as they cool down in the evening?
It is tough to say allthough tt can be normal assuming the gutters/fascia are metal and in an area of the home that receives direct sunlight (enough to cause expansion and contraction).  IMO
