This home is owned by a wonderful family that wanted to consider Mom, Dad, high school daughter, and aging in-laws. Therefore, it involved a massive 1,000 square foot addition, and building it on the side of a hill; as the level ground was all built put. The first floor offers an engineered pre-finished hand-scraped hickory flooring and the spiral staircase along with the second story studio are adorned with bamboo flooring. The kitchen offers top of the like appliances (commercial style with LED lights), a huge island (stainless farm sink, warming drawer, plus microwave) with brushed nickel standoffs that hold a piece of t1â€ glass as a sushi-style bar counter. All cabinetry throughout the home is stained frameless maple topped with gorgeous granite and marble. Glass mosaics as the backsplash add the finishing touch to this awesome kitchen, well deserved by a great family.
