Highly recommend. Our project included new construction (an addition to our home), living space, bathroom, laundry room and adjoining outside deck. It is a beautiful, highly functional space. The quality of the work was excellent from start (design) to finish. All who worked on the project were skilled professionals. It was a joy to have the team on site.

I have already recommended Northeast Design + Build to friends; they were wonderful to work with. We are very happy with the results. They were very responsive to our individual tastes and preferences. It was not a generic build or design for our kitchen. They understood our needs and tastes.

Based upon my experience with other contractors I have had do work on my home, I would not recommend NE to a friend or family member. Generally, NE did what was expected with the exception of one area explained further below, but given the delays and general communication on the project, I would not recommend NE, nor would I re-engage NE on future projects.

Communication - Northeast Kitchen & Flooring and I had a miscommunication. There was a miscommunication because they used an online system that I wasn't familiar with and had trouble using.

Recognized Excellence - I would like to recognize several people for their exceptional service. Tommy the painter is amazing! The carpenter took special care to make sure the cabinets were installed correctly. Debbie the designer is creative and helped me get exactly what I wanted. She suggested things to me that I wouldn't have thought of with the design. Mike the owner is very reliable. Mike was very available to us whenever we needed him or had questions.
