Hayes Homebuilders

Hayes Homebuilders is just as concerned about building relationships as it is building structures. For that reason we like to get to know our clients as people. It’s a novel idea actually! So many times in our industry builders and remodelers know their clients by what they did at their house and not by who they are. We want to forge a long-term partnership with each and every client. When you get to know someone over a longer period of time you start to learn their particular design style, color & texture preferences, and features they like to incorporate.

We have developed a great network of subcontractors, which is a critical relationship in this industry. There is a large amount of trust that has to be mutually earned between contractor and subcontractor, be it a plumber, electrician, or granite top fabricator. A major part of that relationship as with any relationship is communication. The more comfortable you are with a person the easier it is to communicate clearly and effectively.

The longer you know the person or company the more efficient your communications become. For example, if we need a drain moved for a tub-to-walk in shower conversion scheduled, then a 2-minute call to our plumber effectively communicates our location, needs, and time-line. We don’t need to explain who we are, what we are trying to do, ask him about his business practices or insurance, etc. We know who he is and he knows who we are, our typical design style, and most importantly that he’ll be paid when he’s finished.

The same is true with the client/contractor relationship. Over time we want to develop that level of trust and comfort that you rightly deserve.

What is this?

We display two types of written homeowner feedback on GuildQuality member profile pages: Comments and Reviews.

Comments

In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.

Reviews

Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.
