Building a home is an extremely stressful experience at the best of times. Bruce and the Woodcastle team did a great job of making it a positive experience. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to build or renovate their home.

Woodcastle Homes has exceeded expectations with respects to the building of my home. They have managed the time-frame appropriately, stayed within budget (for the most part), and delivered a high-quality product. The provided extremely valuable insight based on their past experience.

Initial quote was competitive in order to get the job. Costs increased beyond the original agreement and beyond any control of the home owner, yet the home owner was forced to pay the difference. The final portion of the job was taken away from Woodcastle due to the deteriorating relationship with Bruce...

I was happy with the quality of the trades. In particular, I appreciated the skilled construction and finishing that they provided. They finished my home to a high standard. The final execution of the project was completed to my satisfaction.

When a house is built and there's scratches as to where you can see a drill was use to install cave it's, is there a monetary value compensation or replace?

I assume by "cave" you might been "cove" or some other trim or millwork. It isn't a hard thing to fill any scratches, resand, and touch up an area like that, and that's something your builder should h ... read more
