Roofcrafters, INC did exceptionally good work, and I have no complaints.

I had siding replaced, gutters installed and paint. Overall from afar the work looks decent but if you’re standing within 6 ft of the house you can tell attention to detail is lacking. I had new windows put in before the siding job and they got caulk and paint all over the windows, it looks sloppy. The windows were also very expensive as anyone who replaced all their windows can tell you. I went with roofcrafters because they said they could do everything I wanted.. wood trim and siding, refinishing beams etc at a decent price. Turns out when they started the quote didn’t include the fascia boards which very clearly needed replacing, I had told the sales rep everything needed to be redone so I thought this was included. It felt like a bait and switch, it also cost me another $5k. The sales rep was constantly trying to upcharge and would randomly change the amount for the charge which was confusing but also clear that he was just making things up. I wouldn’t go with them if I could do it over, that’s for sure. It was also supposed to take 1.5-2 weeks and took 4.

Roofcrafters did an excellent job with replacing my roof, siding, and gutters. I couldn't be more satisfied. The Hardy siding installed is the best installation I've ever seen.

I thought Roofcrafters was very professional, from the beginning to the end. Every step of the way was done professionally and outstanding. The installer that worked at my house did an excellent job.

From the sales person to the project crew I was highly impressed. I felt the price was reasonable, I had several bids from other companies, Stephen Marsaglia wrote me the estimate, informed me of the time table for the project, the materials used and followed up with me on any concerns or question I had, I have had several of my neighbors stop and tell me how good the house looks, Thank you guys

Our sales rep, Chris was very helpful with our questions and needs. His crew was hard working and professional, and the work was done in a timely fashion, and to our satisfaction.

Overall, the attention to detail and the quality of the materials and craftsmanship were outstanding. I have one issue that is still being addressed at this time and I'm sure it will be taken care of. I like to work off of referrals and I would definitely refer Roofcrafters.

Everything from the initial review and job plan to the final product, was executed with professionalism and a great attention to detail. The work crew did a great job of demo, installation and finish work. We are highly please with the final results and value. We would use Roofcrafters again for anything we ever need for our home!

Overall a good experience. I have some concern over the limited use of caulking during the install along seams, butt joints, and joints. The team did install caulking after the siding and trim was installed.

Chris, the salesperson, had a vision of what we wanted that others we received bids from did not have. We did not go with the lowest bid, but rather with the highest bid since it seemed like we would get what we wanted.

The one thing they did which was really helpful, was they came out and covered our garage to keep our stuff from getting wet. This was due to the fact it did take them longer to get out and it was pending rain.

I’ve recently used RoofCrafters for three different projects with great success. 1) I had a minor leak by my chimney which had gone unsolved by other companies. RoofCrafter quickly diagnosed the problem as pin hole rust through of the 30 year old flashing. They custom fabricated and installed a new heavy guage, welded flashing along with a few shingles to match the existing roof. All was completed prompty and at reasonable cost. 2) I enclosed a covered porch to make a new four-season room. RoofCrafters installed the sheetrock, including taping and texturing ... ready for painting. They worked around my scheduling requirements. All work was done with high quality. Their price was competitive. 3) Finally, RoofCrafter installed new Hardiebacker siding on my entire home using a combinatin of HardieBacker shake shingle and lap siding. All old siding was removed and hauled away. Installation was per Hardiebacker specifications, with a few custom upgrades. After installation, they painted the entire home. They worked non-stop from start to finish ... only missing one workday due to heavy thunderstorms. Their price was competitive. Everyone at the home office as well as the individual crews that did the above projects were professional and pleasant. I highly recommend them.

We were very happy. I'm a retired contractor, and these guys did a very good job. I was very impressed with the workmanship and the people they had working for them.

Chris Cogburn was the salesperson and the project leader for my siding project and was absolutely awesome. He was here every day to check that everything was being done that was promised. He brought the right people in for the necessary repairs which were needed. He even came on the weekend, and he and his wife made a special trip on Mother's Day morning to address a concern that I had. My house looks beautiful and even complete strangers have commented on what a great job the crew did. I could not be happier - the job was completed on time except for a few days of rain which only pushed the schedule by those few days. I highly recommend Roof Crafters.

Our project went off with out a hitch thanks to Ronnie Stone, he manage the work, answered all my questions and concerns. This was by far the best experience that we had during the remodeling of our home. We will defiantly call Roofcrafters in the future.

I used Roofcrafters to replace all of the old siding on a rental house my husband and I own. I was concerned it was going to be a burden on our renters but the crew was so nice and courteous to everyone. They finished earlier than expected and our renters had nothing but nice things about the experience. We will absolutely use them again in the future if needed for our other properties!

Project management is an area in need of improvement, as well as the screening of subcontractors. In spite of poor project and time management, I am satisfied with the quality of the work performed.

I would only recommend them if all materials are presented the first time. You shouldn't cut a job close enough to where you have to reorder products.
