I have not had any issues with Procraft Home Products. If I had friends who needed repairs, I would recommend them, as they were of good quality. It was a reasonable price to do our roof. The person with whom we signed the contract was straightforward with the information and did not use force. It was great product quality, and he believed in it, which showed.

I would greatly recommend not using Procraft Home Products for their widows, doors, or salesman. They did a roof on our house and did a bang-up job, they did a great job. They did my roof and they did my windows in my house. Overall, I probably spent about $45,000. I had about $16,000 on my roof and then I had about $20,000 altogether.

I'll let you know that answer after they repair our siding. He was here on Monday and my impression was he doubted us. I don't like that because we didn't damage our own home. He tried to say we painted it and that our house was green before the siding and our home was never green. We are hoping they do something about it. Other than that, we are satisfied with the job they did.

Once the remaining issues are resolved, I would give these guys a four-star rating for everything.
