My experience with Paul Davis Restoration of Pinellas County was above expectations. My claim was complicated and occurred at a very difficult time for my family. The project manager (Patrick) was responsive, knowledgeable, and able to meet the critical deadlines my family was facing. He also assisted with questions on different product options. The craftsmen who worked in my home were excellent (Ruben and Chip). The quality of work is excellent. Each day they arrived on time and shared some conversion and went to work. Ruben helped me with paint colors as I was struggling to make a decision. The floors, the paint, the tile, and all the repairs look beautiful. I am very thankful to PDR of Pinellas for all of their hard work and the way they treated my family. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of contractor services.

The guys that did the work did a great job! It was a lot of work. They were professional and met our expectations. They did a great job of restoring where the damage was.

Make sure they remove all the contents, even if the person isn't in the country. I had some items missing when they returned everything. Just watch out for what they are doing.

We would've loved to have had the inside of the wall by the railing smoothed out as we asked, but we understand it would entail a great amount amount of effort so we agreed to accept the work as done.
