They very interestingly listened to anything that I had, as far as stuff that needed to be done, while they were doing the work. I would definitely recommend them. They are probably the best contractor that we have ever hired.

Northern Pacific Exteriors not only delivered exactly what they promised but also exceeded my expectations. I need to get pictures of my house, as it is so beautiful. My neighbors walk up to admire their handiwork. They did an amazing job, paying super high attention to detail. The thing about this particular contractor was that there weren't many surprises. Even when they found things they needed to fix because of the condition of the house, they let me know, and the estimate was exactly on the mark. I did not feel they were surprising me with anything and were right on the mark. They were very transparent, honest, and reasonable. An example would be that they replaced my roof and siding. The house was a major fixer-upper. It needed everything replaced. When they went to replace the roof, they found rotted panels, which I kind of expected. When I spoke to my neighbors who had their roof and panels replaced, it sounded like they paid a lot for the panel replacement. It wasn't until I started talking to my neighbors about other contractors that I realized how honest and fair they were.

It was a pleasant experience from start to finish, which I cannot say about many of the other projects I've had done around here.

Everyone from start to finish was unfailingly helpfully, friendly and professional. We could not have envisioned a better experience.Starting with the salesman who helped us with our roof and siding colors, made suggestions on trim ideas, window orientation and the extra details. Even though we took a lot of his time between phone calls and meetings to come to our final decisions, he was unfailingly patient. We changed our minds so many times and each time he smoothly rolled our updates into the final project.We really appreciated the daily phone calls and updates from the office once the projects started. We were never left hanging or wondering what was next. All of our concerns were handled promptly and in a friendly and professional manner.The on-site project managers were awesome!! We actually missed them when the job was completed. They were knowledgeable, dedicated, patient, and had high professional standards in the work both they and their crews completed. We had so many questions that probably took them away from their work, but they always stopped to address our concerns. The construction crews were dedicated and professional - they knew what they were doing and did it to a tee.

The staff and construction crew were fantastic! The office staff were responsive and understanding (despite the challenges we created in changing our minds). The construction crew were friendly and positive even while re-siding our house in the driving rain (and snow!). We have gotten many compliments on their work. We recently had a new Siding installed on our home by Northern Pacific Exteriors. I must say that this company has their act together. The workers showed up on time each day, were very skilled at what they do and took the time to do it perfect. We also had a call each day from the project manager to see how things went that day and advised us of the next step. In my opinion skilled workers employed by the company and daily communication with the project manager is a rare commodity. We are extremely pleased with our Siding and would highly recommend this company.
