It took a year to get the work done by Mountain States Restoration. The quality was fine. They just could not find people to hire that could pass a drug test. Management is fine. Michelle in the office was good and Mountain States Restoration provided a fair price.

Anyone who uses them, I would suggest to them that they establish a better timeline with Mountain States Restoration then I did.

Follow-up on this project never really happened, several re-do's were needed, smaller finish work still not complete..little to no communication from Mountain States on scheduling for completion..work began on or around 4/12/20..last thing completed was a threshold between the living room and the bedroom and the door rubbed and did not close without binding..had to use another contractor to fix..have not heard from mountain states for completion dates or contact to discuss..

We were very very satisfied. They took care of all our questions promptly. Everything was done to our satisfaction.

These guys were amazing! So kind and courteous and accommodating to our needs and schedule. They responded immediately upon the call for help and arrived 2 hours later. We had no idea what to expect as we had never needed a service like this before in our homes. While I wouldn't wish an accident again for us or for anyone, these guys are the one to call if you should ever have the need.

Very easy to work with. Makes sure that the job is done right and that you are satisfied with the work done. Would very much recomend this company to others who need this type of service.
