The sales staff were very knowledgeable and attentive. However we had issues with shingles coming off our roof and gutters. It was difficult to get in touch with someone and have them complete the work. Ultimately it was close to a year when all of our project was complete. I had to follow up numerous times otherwise the work would never have been completed.

Moose folks were professional, friendly, courteous and communicated with us every step of the way. Confusion at beginning caused by another roofer company, but resolved quickly. Worked with us on financing and payments. Thanks.

Moose roofing did a very good job on our roof and gutter replacement following hail storm in 2017. Worked hard with my insurance company to minimize my out of pocket expenses. When we had another storm, mid replacement that resulted in some water leakage, the owner personally came out at 10:30 at night within 15 minutes of my call to stop the leak. They promptly and fully took care of interior painting in our kitchen as result of staining from the leak. Rest of project completed smoothly. They clearly stand by their work. I do highly recommend them.

We contacted Moose Roofing after the hail storm in June to stay with a local business. We decided to use them for the work because Skye and Madeleine were very friendly and professional. During the repairs we ran into some issues when they were putting a new garage wrap on. Skye and Madeleine went above and beyond to help figure it out. I will definitely use them in the future.
