WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. UNPROFESSIONAL, CHILDISH, AND THIEVING CEO AND VP. I hired Marketplace Homes to manage one of my rental properties. I planned to hire them to manage additional properties if they performed well with the first. Marketplace Homes failed miserably....

I live in a D R Horton home and only front gutters were installed. Is this to say only front gutters are necessary for my type of home specification?

Generally speaking the roofline actually determines where the gutters are supposed to be. Whenever there is water flow coming off the home there should be gutters and it should be all around the home. ... read more
