I was very pleased with everything they did. We made a down payment, and there was a small balance remaining. They agreed that we could make payments over the course of a year with no interest. I think that was very nice.

J. Alexander Roofing, LLC does great work and has fair prices. Their communication is a hit or miss.

J. Alexander Roofing is really a great company. They were quick and efficient, and it was a good experience.

J. Alexander Roofing did a phenomenal job installing our roof. The crew did a pretty decent job of cleaning up after the installation. The only reason for the four-star rating would be the lack of communication between the sales pitch and the execution of the roof. I had to reach out multiple times to get updates versus the staff being proactive in reaching out to me.

J. Alexander was professional and communicative. They exceeded all of our expectations and we would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

These guys were amazing. I am an extremely busy single mother so always on the go. They communicated with me through email, which is the best way for me. I screwed up and didn't realize that I needed my roof done by a certain time to appease my insurance company. Which only left about 3 weeks until the deadline. J. Alexander made the time to rush me in to have it complete before the deadline day. They showed up around 7:45am and as soon as I heard the ladder touch the side of my house I heard them taking off the old roof. They were done within 8 hours and had everything cleaned up. Definitely go with these guys. Very satisfied.

Tristan was on vacation at the time of me needing questions answered. During that time, he was quick to respond, as far as what I needed. He was very knowledgeable and willing to work with me as a customer. I was super happy with that. Knowing that even on his personal time, he was still willing to make time for the client for J. Alexander Roofing.

I am very happy. I would definitely call them again.

Verry satisfied with my new roof by J Alexander. They were not the cheapest estimate out of the three I did but were definatetly the best. I felt informed from the beginning and they did a fast and professional job. Have gotten many compliments from friends and neighbors and agree that they did an exceptional job!!
