Infinity Restoration was great. Anything I asked, within range of the estimate, they went above and beyond to fix it for me. If something was missed, I would call and they were there the next day to correct it. I enjoyed working with them and would highly recommend them.

We reached out to Infinity Restoration after the failure of our original water damage contractor to complete our repairs, and we could not be more happy with how everything was handled. From the initial inspection and working with our insurance to the communication and final completion of the work, the process and quality of the work was excellent.

I have used Infinity Restorations now on two prior occasions. Their work has been excellent. It was a pleasure working with Nicole and with Brian. They are both great at what they do. They listen to your concerns and are very responsive. This time I will be working with Monty but the work has not started yet. Monty has been receptive to my calls so far. I chose Infinity again because of the outstanding work they have done in the past. The staff has been courteous and professional in our encounters. I would definitely recommend them.

Infinity Restoration cut my carpet instead of rolling it up. The carpet never needed to be replaced. A certified construction company and I felt Infinity Restoration Company work was an over kill that ruin my carpet. There was no flood in my basement just a leak. This caused a disagreement with my insurance company. Also, the wall that Infinity Restoration cut was too much of a cut. They really ripped up my wall and carpet to much. This was very unnecessary, this should of been a small repair. After the cut in my carpet was repaired, they were suppose to clean my carpet and never did, the Infinity Restoration employee had an attitude about repairing my carpet.

I was told that, there was ABSOLUTELY "NO MOLD" in my home!!! And that, I was "CRAZY" to even think that, there was "MOLD" because, YOU CAN'T SMELL MOLD {That was their excuse!!! When in fact an "ENVIROMENTALIST" found "MOLD" throughout my home... I was misled & now facing more prolonged problem because, "SOMEONE DIDN'T DO THEIR JOB AT INFINITY RESTORATION!!!!!!!!!!!!
