Great Job. From the beginning with the mitigation thru restoration the work quality was excellent. I can recommend this Company for any Mitigation and Restoration job.

The first team of cleaners did a good job but it went downhill fast after that. They tore up the kitchen causing further damage, when it was not necessary to do so. The asbestos team was the worst! Tearing down walls without asbestos and destroying the bathroom.

When our other contractor did only mitigation work, then stopped contacting us for repair, ID Fire and Flood stepped in, got our work started and completed, as promised, quickly and to our complete satisfaction. They were wonderful to work with and kept in constant contact with us throughout the process. I would highly recommend them for any work and trust them completely.
