Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

They installed a huge sunroom window for me. I LOVE IT! The crew was courteous, professional, and
very efficient. The price was great compared to other quotes I received. The window was put in, in no time and looks great! I would highly recommend their service and will certainly pass along their information.

You can not trust them to go shopping because they are gone forever. They also will take 3 hour lunch breaks. They do not like to be criticized. You will be told you are nit picking. The crew is too young.

Freedom Home Design was quick, neat, and cleaned up well. They made very little mess and the product is wonderful.

Everyone was very cordial. They came and did a good job. They left my home in good shape and I'm very satisfied. My tub is wonderful.

We were very pleased with the tub, it did meet all of our expectations and exceeded some. We would recommend them to others. We have already had people ask where we purchased the tub.

The guys that came and installed our tub were friendly and courteous. They were trying to do the best job they could do under the circumstances. If there were any problems, they would figure out exactly how to fix it.

The installation crew was terrific. They worked well under pressure, and dealt with problems when they arose. I was extremely pleased. I'm very happy with it.
