We had a basement flood at 1:30 in the morning. In less than 30 minutes of me filing the insurance claim at 1:45 AM Eric from Elite called me at my home to schedule the work. He offered to come out immediately but we scheduled his arrival for 7 AM the next morning. Courtesy, professionalism, knowledge and responsiveness could not have been better!

Working with Elite Fire and Water Restoration was a wonderful experience. Eric always kept me up to date as to progress, scheduling, etc. and always returned all my calls promptly. Hopefully I won’t need these services again, but if I do, it gives me peace of mind to know I have Elite behind me to handle everything I might need.

I was very pleased with all the work that was completed by Elite Fire and Water. They were very friendly and very polite when ever I had to deal with them. All the work that needed to be completed, or that I asked to have done was completed to my satisfaction. They actually completed all the work earlier than the date on the contract. I feel they went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely satisfied with everything. I would recommend Elite Fire and Water to anyone who needs a Restoration job completed. The restoration work was not completed. We did not accept their estimate to repaint the garage (over-priced), They encouraged us to sign paper so they could receive payment from Allstate, slow work due to 2 part-timers, only. Finally brought in a crew to unpack Pod and stack our goods in unmarked boxes - and leave job unfinished, I think because we did not accept their bid to paint.. Shelves and goods still covered in soot...."0" stars to Elite.

WE had an unusual situation and they had to work around our schedule and they did. Remarkably well, too.

If you're looking for a contractor in the Redding area, they would be a great fit. If they're further than that, I don't feel like it's a good fit. Try to stick with local contractors in your area.

They were fabulous,caring,courteous and professional. Workmanship is excellent. I am satisfied 100 % would recommend them. They do quality and expedient work.

I was pleased with the quality of craftsmanship that was delivered during our renovations . This is rarely a part of our present day world. The professional attention felt as if family was involved in our repairs. A rather painful undertaking was made more bearable by the professional attention taken by Elite to handle all matters in a professional and timely manner.

There isn't a high enough rating to give them, they're outstanding people and do clean work. Their work is perfect! The cleaned up the place and it looked brand new! I'm extremely satisfied!
